Q: What areas do you cover?

 We cover UK, whole London and surrounding areas. We are also available for Airports ( Heathrow, Gatwick, City, Luton, Stansted) and Cruise Ports bookings .

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Prices are per car and are calculated per mile or zone to zone. Extra charges may apply for Airport pick ups and rides to London Congestion Zone.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

Please let us know at the time of booking, how much luggage you will bring with you .You can see capacity of the vehicles in booking widget .It is important for us to make sure that allocated vehicle is correct . Please contact us if you have any oversized luggage or if you have any queries.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

You will recieive booking confirmation via email (up to 2 hours after submitting your request ).

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

If you cannot locate your driver please call our Operator Line. Alternatively you can contact driver directly. Driver contact number will be attached to your booking confirmation.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

Please contact us if you wish to cancel your booking . Please check Our Terms and conditions for refund policy.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

We use different platforms to track your plane current position. Ther is 60 minutes waiting time included for Airport pick ups. You will not be charge extra for your flight delay.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

Please contact as soon as you can. All cancellations will be accepted free of charge as long as there is at least 8 hours notice.

Q: How early do I need to book?

Please allow at least 4 hours before journey time.
